To book an online AI Training course, you need to fill out the registration form and pay the course fee in advance. You will receive confirmation through email with all the relevant details of the course. Unforeseen events? No worries, you can reschedule your on-line bookings any time. However, due to the physical location logistics, you will need to give us 24-hour notice in case of in-person sessions. Just give us a shout by email or phone and keep your booking reference number handy. Change of mind? You can claim a full refund upon cancellations, you will need to give us a 48-hours’ notice before the session so we can offer to the next available participant in time. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, instructor illness, or low enrolment.
